Anthony Trujillo

Food Safety, QC, Sustainability Director

For the past 23 years, I have been directing food safety, quality control and sustainability efforts at Farm Fresh Direct. Prior to joining FFD, I ran a quality assurance program for a fresh cut potato pilot plant. I studied architectural engineering at Mesa College. I believe we never stop learning, even at my age. I find it fun to learn about what others know as well as learn new things about myself too.
