I was able to bring 30 years of experience as Director of Human Resources and Southern Area Manager for Farmworker Program to my Director of Workforce & Community Programs role at Farm Fresh Direct. I am most recently proud of helping the Farm Fresh Direct team develop La Pasadera Program (translation: stepping stone) which was designed to provide extra support for our shed and farm employees, their dependents, and our community. Developing programs, services and events to help people is so rewarding.
