La Pasadera Program Manager
The La Pasadera Program Manager works under the oversite of Farm Fresh Direct of America, LLC.

As we look ahead, we will continue to evaluate how La Pasadera can best serve that purpose and where we can have the greatest impact. This role strengthens the connection between Farm Fresh Direct of America, our growers, our workforce, and the communities we serve, ensuring that the impact of La Pasadera supports both farmworker wellbeing and the broader mission of the Company.
La Pasadera also serves as a strategic differentiator for Farm Fresh Direct of America, demonstrating the Company’s commitment to the people and communities behind agriculture. Through this program, Farm
Fresh Direct of America reinforces its grower-owned values while strengthening relationships with customers, partners, and the agricultural community.
The La Pasadera Program Manager also coordinates Farm Fresh Direct of America company events geared towards FFDA employees, growers and various business partners.

Applying Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, community development, agriculture, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in community engagement
Ability to communicate effectively with management
Bi-lingual in spanish preferred
Experience managing events
