I’m passionate about developing people, building strong processes, and driving results that make a meaningful difference for our business and community. I believe the best results come when people feel connected to the work, each other, and the purpose behind what we do.

IDEAL "DAY OFF" ACTIVITY?

My ideal day off is on the water - a boat, good music, a cold drink, and absolutely no calendar invites.

I’ve climbed 18 of Colorado’s 14,000-foot mountains

I’m married with three children, a daughter-in-law, a grandbaby, two dogs, and a cat I see occasionally. We love being outdoors in Colorado whether that’s skiing, hiking, boating, or cheering on the Denver Broncos.
