Directions for Making the Crock Pot Baked Potato Bars:
  1. Scrub potatoes with a vegetable scrubber or a washrag and then dry them thoroughly.

  2. Poke the potatoes using either a knife or fork on all sides.

  3. Rub down the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle some salt. Make sure to apply oil and salt evenly on all sides.

  4. Place them in the slow cooker for 3-4 hours on high heat or, if you’ll be gone for some time, set the cooking time to 6-8 hours on low heat.
